These Terms govern your use of the Cash Empire: Idle Tycoon mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Virtual items & in-app purchases

• The App contains virtual currency and items (e.g. gems, cash, boosts) that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or the relevant store’s policies.
• Virtual items are licensed, not sold, to you, and may be modified or discontinued. They are forfeited if your access to the App ends.

3. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising. Some rewards are offered in exchange for optionally watching ads. You may remove most ads through an in-app purchase.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, tamper with or reverse-engineer the App, use unauthorized third-party software, or disrupt other players or our services. We may suspend access for violations.

5. Your content & data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Game progress is stored on your device and, if you opt in, synced to our services.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items or progress, arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes & termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.
